  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items without their original packaging, where packaging is required

4. Refunds

If the issue was caused by us, such as sending the wrong or damaged item, PureSpark will cover the applicable return/replacement cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
